Your own practice is a self empowering process. Personalized practice assists your wellbeing in a multidimensional manner to live own life more fully. The process can not only prevent illnesses or injuries. It also assists management of pain and sufferings.
First private session includes consultation and practice, which lasts for 50 -75minutes. Usually repeated sessions are encouraged to see the progress of your practice. (single session,3 x Sessions, 5 x sessions available)
