At-Home Yoga

Practicing self-care at home offers unique benefits compared to practicing in the hall. At home, you can create a personal sanctuary while embracing everyday life, including the noises and interruptions that may arise, and still return to what feels important to you- your practice of peace. In this at-home yoga class, we will explore functional movements for daily life, use props you can find at home, and practice different forms of meditation to begin the week with a positive and grounded mindset.
