
Yoga is a self-empowering process that suggests different tools to bring us health and wellbeing. The practice will help to restore balance and to promote self discovery in multi-dimensional levels.
The general classes are in small groups where everyone is encouraged to practice at their own pace and modify for their individual needs.
All practices are designed to let inner light (= wisdom) guide you.
Breath Centred Practice
In this class we focus on integration of body and mind.
We breathe and move mindfully.

Yoga Practice – Therapeutic approach
This class is for creating refined awareness how we move the body and postural alignment. Pain and dis-ease come from imbalance. We are finding balance in the body as well as the mind,which is a big part of our perception with pain and discomfort.
The class is designed to guide students to be their own therapist who know themselves and how to care for themselves.
Tuesday 5.30pm – 6.45pm & Saturday 9.00am -10.15am $15.00
Meditative Practice
The class is guided by simple movements and breathing exercise with sound/mantra to take you to a meditative state.
