Self-Care Practice

During the Stay at Home period, I would like to share some ideas to take a kind care of your body.

In each class we will explore different parts of the body holistically including meditative practice as well as self-massage and therapeutic exercises to maintain balance .

This week we will focus on the shoulders.

What you need for the class: a chair, a spiky ball ( a massage ball) or a tennis/golf ball, large towels or a blanket
