Meditation is a significant part of yoga practice. The internal practice (antar sadhana) of yoga involves mindfulness, focusing, sustaining the concentration. Through the practice, we will get to know more about ourselves such as the nature of the mind, our deepest desire and awareness of own existence. Peace and Clarity through meditative practice is like appearance of the Sun through clouds.

This workshop offers an opportunity to experience different meditative practices including formal and informal practice.
