Guided Meditation on the Sun (Sūrya)

This is the practice to relax your body systematically and to connect with the presence of the Sun, Sūrya.
Sūrya is the Sun, which gives warmth, energy, nourishment and brightness to our life. Also there is the Sun within our heart that gives us love, willingness, vitality and intelligence.
Om Sūryāya namah
Om Sūryāya namo namah
Om Sūryāya namo namah Om
I salute to the Sun within.
I salute to the Sun above and around me.
I salute to the Sun that gives us warmth, vitality and brightness.
Yoga Nidra Practice can be done in the lying down position or seated position.
Please keep your body warm and comfortable during the practice.
Example : Cover your body by a blanket , have a support under the knees or head, cover your eyes with a towel or an eye pillow.
