Chanting is one of yoga’s powerful tools to bring the mind to the focused state. The group practice is aiming for you to get in touch with the space within you as well as to feel the space around you.

Wellbeing Vedic Chant (Advanced Group)
The class includes rules of Vedic chanting, accuracy of pronunciation of sound and some theory of chanting. The benefits of Vedic Chanting are increasing the ability to listen, concentration, self-expression and patience.
