The Bali retreat , Healing Health Beyond , aims  to bring wellbeing to body, mind and soul. We will  explore the different tools of practice, asana practice for strength and flexibility as well as therapeutic approach, pranāyāma (breathing exercises), yoga nidra(non sleep deep relaxation), mantra japa and meditation. 

The retreat includes the fire dance of the story of Indian epic Rāmāyana, which is pregnant with psychological and spiritual symbolic significances. The Meditative practices are designed to unfold the essence of Rāmāyana and integrate it with the practice.

The venue is a balinese family run hotel with welcoming staff from traditional villages. Guest rooms are each individually designed in traditional Balinese architecture with A/C, a ceiling fan, a bathtub and shower. There is a swimming pool overlooking the valley and lush gardens at the property ground. 

Relax in the beautiful environment ,nourish and vitalise yourself with daily yoga practice and meditation, and pamper yourself with spa treatments*.

7.30am – 8.20am       Morning Practice ( Strength & Flexibility)

8.30 am -9.30 am      Breakfast

9.40am – 10.30 am   Meditative Practice

12.00pm – 12.30pm Yoga Nidra ( Non Sleep Deep Relaxation)

5.10pm –  6.00pm    Evening Practice ( Therapeutic Approach )

* Friday  evening: We will go to watch fire performance, Kecak Dance 

* Evening practice on Arrival Day

* Morning Practice on Departure Day
